Rare Peti does not own any warehouse or stock products; instead, we facilitate a seamless delivery process, ensuring that products go directly from the vendor to the customer.
Ordering and Payment
Add any desired product to cart using “Add to Cart” option. Click on the Cart icon and follow the checkout procedure. Or simply click on “Buy Now” button and follow checkout procedures.
You can register yourself by clicking on the “My Account” icon or login/register section in the menu. You can also open an account during the product checkout too. Once your your account is opened, you can login, change passwords, edit address and check your order history, Waitlist, etc
We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards. UPI payments are also available. Unfortunately, cash on delivery (COD) is not available for the time being.
Yes, making payments on Rare Peti is safe and secure. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. Our website is SSL-certified, and we partner with trusted payment gateways to ensure that your transaction details are kept confidential and secure.
You can cancel an order until it has been dispatched from the vendor through the website, app, or mobile site. This includes items purchased during sales. Any amount paid will be refunded to the same payment mode used for the transaction.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
For payments made via credit card, debit card, or banking, refunds will be processed back to the source account within 5-7 business days from the time of order cancellation.
Shipping and Delivery
Since we don’t have a delivery network of our own, We have to depend on existing & popular delivery service providers. Rates are charged based upon the weight of each Product and not on the TOTAL CART WEIGHT at the time of Checkout. However, some products are exempt from shipping charges. Details on shipping costs or free shipping will be provided on the checkout page.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For standard shipping, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.
Currently, we do not ship products out of India through the portal. If you reside outside of India, you can manually send the product details and address to our WhatsApp number, +91-7483606123. We will try our level best to deliver the product to you.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and in your orders section to monitor its progress.
