Cooking Instruction:

(100 g Ghee Roast Paste – Serves 2–3)

1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add a few curry leaves, stir for 15 sec.

2. Add one of the following and sauté on medium flame for 2–3 min:
   Veg: 200 g raw mushrooms / paneer / corn OR half-boiled broccoli / potato
   Non-Veg: 200–300 g raw prawns / raw fish / raw squid / raw crab OR half-boiled chicken / mutton / 3–4 boiled eggs

3. Reduce heat to low. Add the entire pack (100 g) of Ghee Roast Paste + 100 ml water. Mix well.

4. Cook on medium flame for 5 min, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency.

5. Serve hot with rice, dosa, idli, neer dosa, or paratha.

Tips:

• Paste already contains salt & ghee – taste before adding more.

• For richer flavor, finish with 1 tsp ghee.

• For extra spice, sprinkle black pepper powder while simmering.
