Cooking Instructions
(100 g Tawa Fry Masala Paste – Serves 2–3)
Method 1: Quick Tadka / Pickle
Heat 1–2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add a small portion of the paste and sauté for 1 minute until it turns dark maroon and the oil separates. Use it as a pickle, mix it with fried vegetables, or serve as a spicy side with fried fish or boiled eggs.
Method 2: Semi-Dry Sabzi / Fry
Heat 1–2 teaspoons of oil and add 100 g of paste with 100 ml water. Mix well.
Veg: Add 200 g mushrooms, paneer, sweet corn, half-boiled baby corn, broccoli, or fried potatoes. Sauté on medium-low flame for about 5 minutes until dry and well coated.
Non-Veg: Add 500 g raw prawns, raw fish, 90% boiled chicken or mutton, or 7–8 halved boiled eggs. Cook on medium-low flame for about 5 minutes until dry and evenly coated.
Method 3: Marinade & Grill / Fry
Marinate paneer, mushrooms, fish, or 90% boiled chicken with the paste. Drizzle a little oil and pan-fry or grill until dark maroon, lightly charred, and well coated.
Tips:
The paste already contains salt. Taste before adding more.
For extra spice, sprinkle red chilli powder while simmering.
