Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order only until it has not been dispatched from our Warehouse on the app, Website / M-site. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode in which the payment was made.

Once the order is dispatched, There is no cancellation Option available.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Banking, you will receive a refund into the source account within 5-7 business days from the time of order cancellation.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you receive the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we will replace it with the exact same item. In the case of food or edible products, if it is delivered beyond the expiry date, it shall also be replaced.

Please make a video while opening the package. No returns or replacements will be done without video proof.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Customized items.
  • Food Items.

No other reasons will be entertained for Exchange / Refunds   

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • NEFT: Time taken for the product to reach us plus 3 to 5 business days
  • Online Refund: Time taken for the product to reach us plus 7 to 10 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange / replace items;

  • If they are defective or damaged or delivered beyond the expiry date.

No returns / exchanges will be issued if your clauses does not fall in the above-mentioned points.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 287/1, Sri Ganesh Prasad, West Block Road, Kundapura, Udupi Dist., Karnataka State, India (57621).

Please note: Please notify our Support Team at support@rarepeti.com before you send any return orders to our address. Anything shipped without the consent of our team will be not at all entertained, and the shipment will be rejected in the first place.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
