How to Make Authentic Sambar in 4 Easy Steps:

  1. Boil & Mix – Boil 250g mixed vegetables with salt and tamarind extract. Add cooked dal and mix well.

  2. Add Flavor – Stir in 2–3 tbsp Jackfruit Seed Sambar Powder and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.

  3. Prepare Tempering – In 1 tbsp oil, splutter ½ tsp mustard seeds, add 2 dried red chillies, curry leaves, and a pinch of asafoetida.

  4. Finish & Serve – Add the tempering to the sambar, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.

How to Make Authentic Rasam in 4 Easy Steps

  1. Mix & Base – Add 4–5 tbsp of Jackfruit Seed Rasam Powder to 1 liter of water and mix well.

  2. Enhance Flavor – Add salt, tamarind paste, jaggery, and turmeric. Allow it to boil.

  3. Prepare Tempering – In ghee, splutter cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and dry red chillies for a rich aroma.
